ESTIMATES
Unlike other companies our estimate system aims to be fair to all, most companies who say they give a free estimate really do not, it is most likely paid for by increased hourly or job prices.  We give a short verbal estimate for free, if we come to your house to view the work and we are there for less than (15) fifteen minutes that is free, if you require a written estimate then there is a charge. If we need to do some in depth investigation into a problem (specialized parts etc.) there is a charge, when you contract us to do the work we will refund 50% of the estimate fee from the invoice.  The estimate fee in no way covers all the expense of producing an estimate but we feel that this is a fair way for everyone involved.

PAYMENT
We bill on a time and material basis, unless otherwise noted.                                      
Customer agrees to a minimum of (1) one hour, which will include the hourly charge and service charge.  After the first hour we bill in increments of (15) fifteen minutes.
Materials and supplies used on the job and supplied by WBHM will be billed as a separate line item.  Rental equipment will be billed as a separate line item.
Payment is due on completion of job, if the payment is not tendered on the day then interest will accrue at a rate of 3% per month from the date work was completed.  In the advent of legal action in the process of collections, the customer agrees to pay all costs and expenses of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.  Customer agrees to pay a fee of $30 for any returned check.
Billable time includes labor associated with the work to be performed (agreed upon); the labor is inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

• Loading and unloading of tools and equipment.
• Discussion of work to be performed and any problem solving.
• Picking up materials.
• Cleanup of debris and tools.
• Correction, exchanges or repair because of faulty or incorrect materials.

MATERIALS
In most cases the customer will supply materials to be used, anything that requires the customer to make a choice in color, design etc., must be viewed and confirmed by the customer before installation.  We will be more than willing to pickup materials that the customer purchases.

COUPONS
Coupons apply to labor only - not materials
Discounts apply only at time of payment on a job.

CONCEALED PROBLEMS
If concealed or unknown problems are discovered during the job, the craftsman will stop all work, and advise you of the situation, we will then wait for direction and approval to proceed.

GUARANTEE
For one (1) one year from the date of invoice, we will repair free of charge any defects in workmanship performed pursuant to the signed invoice.
This guarantee becomes effective when the subject invoice has been paid in full.
Guarantee service is available by simply contacting our office and giving us your invoice number and a description of the problem.

There are no other guarantees expressed or implied, and there is no liability for consequential damages of any nature or kind. Guarantee is for labor only, unless specifically addressed on the subject invoice. Defects caused by subsequent abuse or misuse will not be covered.
